Is the self-hosted version really free?
Yes, completely. The full source code is on GitHub under AGPL license. You can run it on your own server with no restrictions and no license fee. You pay for your own infrastructure (a €5/month VPS is enough for most companies).
What counts as an "employee"?
Total headcount in your company. Not active users in the app, not seats — just your total number of employees. This is the same number you'd report for NIS2 compliance purposes.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. We prorate the difference on the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for cloud plans?
Yes, 14 days free on any cloud plan. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, annual billing is available at 2 months free (10× the monthly price). Contact us for an invoice.
Where is the data stored?
All cloud plan data is stored in the EU (AWS eu-west region) and is fully GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers can request a DPA (Data Processing Agreement).
